Could there be a more perfect ring to capture the vibe of the desert southwest!?!

Funny because this ring was made in the late Art Deco era by Clark and Coombs in Rhode Island, but I found it in Durango, CO! I assume it felt the pull of the stark desert landscape, like many of us do.

An earth toned picture agate is the star of the show here. Picture Agate is exactly what it sounds like - a natural quartz stone that can look like a landscape. Crazy cool! This stone has a mountain shaped silhouette in lighter and darker brown tones, with a few black round dots above in an opaque white 'sky'. A very earthy little picture you can look down at any time you feel the call!

The fluted, scalloped edging around the band adds a unique detail that compliments the organic and natural feel of the stone. I love how the band alternates between smooth and decorative- the smooth sides have a brushed, matte finish, while the scalloped sides are polished to a high shine.

The stone is set in a rectangular, saw tooth edged frame that really caps it off and makes it feel like a sunset snapshot straight out of Arizona, New Mexico, Utah or Colorado!

Unisex and universal in appeal 🤎
