These hoops could be your new every day, go-to pair. They are heavy looking, but are actually lightweight enough to wear all the time. I think these are vintage from the 90s based on their substantial shape and size, which is sometimes called a "donut." A chubby profile and consistent roundness all the way around - yummy!
